Do not paste Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords, medical information, or other information that is not needed to review a moving quote.

What the site processes

When you request a report, the quote text is sent to APIMart, which forwards it to the selected AI model provider for analysis. MoveQuote Check does not save the full quote text in its own metrics database. APIMart and the upstream model provider process the text under their own service and data-handling terms.

Report saved in your browser

After a successful analysis, the latest generated report is stored in this browser for up to 30 days so it remains available after a refresh or return visit. This local copy contains the report and short excerpts quoted by the report, but not the full text you pasted. It is not synced to another browser or device. Use “Remove saved copy” in the report, or clear this site’s browser storage, to delete it sooner.

Anonymous measurement

The site creates a random browser identifier and processes a privacy-protected hash of that identifier and your IP address. These values are used to enforce daily limits, count approximate unique visitors, record the traffic source, and measure anonymous answers to the product-research questions. The site does not require an account, name, or email address.

Written feedback

If you use the feedback form, the feedback type, message, traffic source, and submission time are stored so the site owner can review and improve the product. Do not include quote text, contact details, payment information, or other sensitive information in feedback.

Service providers

• APIMart provides the AI API gateway and routes the request to the selected model provider.
• Vercel hosts the website and server functions.
• Upstash stores limits and anonymous aggregate metrics.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse.

Retention and choices

Daily limit counters expire automatically. The latest local report expires after 30 days. Written feedback and anonymous feedback-response locks may be retained for up to 180 days, first-visit and target-user deduplication records for up to 12 months, and approximate aggregate counts while the experiment runs. You can clear this site’s local browser storage to remove its local report and anonymous identifier. Clearing it does not remove already aggregated counts or submitted feedback.

Important limitation

The report is an automated wording aid, not legal advice, a safety determination, or verification of a moving company. Confirm important terms directly with the company and official sources.
